NGO “Change Agency Perspectives” implements “Centre of Gender Culture as a Platform for Empowerment of Women and Youth” project funded by European Union in partnership with Kharkiv Regional Nongovernmental Organization «Kharkiv Regional Gender Resource Centre» and NGO “Actual Woman”. The project objective is amplification of gender equality and gender culture ideas in the Kharkiv region and in the east of Ukraine through informal gender education.

NGO “Change Agency Perspectives” coordinates Women’s Leadership Studio offering women leadership training program.

The studio aims to support women-leaders equipping them with tools to increase their efficiency, to break down stereotypes bounding efficient leadership and masculinity. Five groups of 20 female leaders each representing civic society, healthcare, business, NGOs and CSOs and local authorities will get the training in the period of November 2018 – July 2019. Sweden to learn more about Swedish leadership style.
