On November 16, 2016 participants of Go Women Club had meeting at the Center of Gender Culture. Speakers were business consultant Serhiy Larka and a member of the Go Women Club – Nadiia Sauta.

Serhiy Larka focused on methods of improving the efficiency of management and on business transformation towards systematization and replication; also explained why a business owner needs a clear understanding of such transformation. Mr. Larka paid special attention to the importance of the decision-making process on reduction of expenditures.

Nadiia Sauta presented the SCRUM management tool. This flexible tool for working with customers and project team was grasped by the Club members with enthusiasm and interest.
