Secondary health care female leaders continue their leadership training
On February 9 twenty-one senior managers of secondary health care centers from three eastern regions of Ukraine found a balance between work and personal life, practiced their motivation, delegation and planning skills at the Women's Leadership Studios.
Psychologist Yuliia Kobykova identified psychological components of modern MD’s success, practiced burnout prevention with them, helped leaders to improve their motivation skills and inspired to find a balance between work and personal tasks.
Trainer Olena Reshetnyak worked with participants on their delegation, planning and task setting in team skills. The participants commented it was one the best and most useful training they ever took.
Women's Leadership Studios is operating within the framework of the "Centre for Gender Culture as a Platform for the Empowerment of Women and Youth" project supported by the EU.
