On 18 November the training on assertive behavior for participants of the Growth of Women’s Business and Leadership Program was held in the conference hall of the Global Consulting Corporation.

Mykhailo Dovgopol together with participants analyzed a communication cycle in general and its peculiarities in the case of assertive and non-assertive behaviors. Participants also got acquainted with the Code of a Free Person.

The trainer presented techniques of assertive behavior. Participants had an opportunity to exercise the technics to enhance their assertiveness in situations typical for them.
