On 11 March the first graduates of the Medical Leader Studio presented their graduate projects and received their Diplomas. Five teams successfully completed the program.

Key demands to the projects were to be within the grasp of project initiators and to create observable change in people`s behavior.

Following project topics were presented and discussed:

• Solving the problem of delay for MRT patients involving administrative personnel

• Implementing process standards in a chain of Child Health Centers

• Creating motivation system to increase sales in ophthalmology clinic

• Implementing "One day cataract" Model in the state-owned ophthalmology hospital department

• Charting organizational structure of a pediatric clinic

“In general we, as trainers and consultants, were satisfied with the level of the presented projects and those conclusions the participants made. We are looking for their further success and our fruitful cooperation”, - noted Mykhailo Dovgopol.
