On August 22, 2017 in the conference hall ILF Communication Change Agency "Perspectives" facilitated round table discussion on development of healthcare and social services system for families with children with special needs in the Kharkiv region. This event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine, Healthcare and Social Protection departments of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, representatives of the Kharkiv Regional Council, Baby homes’ specialist from different regions of Ukraine and international experts.
On July 27, 2017 Elena Reshetnyak, international business trainer, and Irina Glushchenko, CFO, business consultant, conducted training on financial management in healthcare organizations for employees of Baby homes from different regions of Ukraine.
During July, 5-7 2017 Change Agency “Perspectives” organized a study tour to Tbilisi (Georgia) for the participants of the project "Creating a new model of family-and-community oriented services for children with special needs". The tour aimed to introduce participants to the Georgian experience in transformation of healthcare and social services provided to children with special needs.
During June, 19 - 21, 2017 Change Agency “Perspectives” organized a study tour to Minsk (Belarus) for the participants of the project "Creating a new model of family-and-community oriented services for children with special needs". The main purpose of the tour was to familiarize Ukrainian medical professionals with the medical and social services system provided to children with special needs.
